Frio specifies professional-grade equipment and provides the applicable manufacturer warranty documents with each written quote before purchase. Coverage follows the exact equipment installed and the manufacturer's complete written terms.

Charger water-treatment equipment

Under Charger Water Treatment Products' published limited warranty, qualifying Pentair, Clack, and GE/Osmonics/Autotrol control valves are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 60 months. Qualifying brine tanks and cabinets are covered for five years, qualifying residential Pentair mineral tanks for ten years, and specified fittings and internal components for one year.

Coverage is limited by Charger's complete warranty conditions and exclusions, including requirements relating to installation, maintenance, freezing, temperature, water pressure, modification, transportation, and other circumstances beyond the manufacturer's control. Your written quote identifies the exact components and warranty documents applicable to your system.

VIQUA Arros 15 UV system

VIQUA's limited warranty is subject to its complete terms, proof-of-purchase requirements, maintenance requirements, and exclusions. The UV lamp unit is a replacement consumable and VIQUA recommends annual replacement to maintain system performance.

Optional reverse-osmosis equipment and other components are covered under the applicable manufacturer's limited warranty for the exact model selected. The model and complete warranty terms will be identified in the written quote before purchase.
