Prices on this website

The prices published on this site are our standard installed prices for most DFW single family homes on city water. Complex plumbing, well water, and oversized homes are quoted after a free water test. Prices shown do not include sales tax. Applicable Texas state and local sales tax will be added at the time of sale.

Your written quote is the controlling document for your project. If anything on this website differs from your written quote, the written quote applies.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty on all tanks and valves. Exact written terms provided with your quote, before installation. Frio Water Co provides a 1 year workmanship warranty on our installation and a 30 day money back guarantee, described on our homepage.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
